Addi started back at Preschool this past Tuesday! She has a new teacher and some new classmates, along with a few from last year! She was very excited to go back to school...last year when we dropped her off to school she LOVED it and didn't even realize that we left, she was so interested in all the new toys & friends...This year, however, she cried when we dropped her off, it was so hard to leave her there while she was crying, but I knew it would be short lived. The teacher scooped her up and when we were in the parking lot we looked back at the school & she was waving to us from her classroom window with BIG smile one her face!! She was so cute when I picked her up, in the car pool lane, the teacher walked her out to my car and she was filled with stories from her first day back to school! Thursday was a different story when I dropped her off...She did her morning routine, put her back pack in her cubby, found her name and put it on the board, washed her hands, traced her name, gave me a kiss goodbye and said "See ya later, mom!!" And we said goodbye with NO tears:) Which made leaving much easier!!
